I couldn’t be more pleased with this product and the company. Placing the order was easy online. My bank told me there might be an issue with my payment going through, so I called them within minutes of placing the order and was told “nope, your payment went through fine and we’re putting you in the schedule. Might be 4-5 weeks due to order volume.” 2 weeks later I was getting a call that my unit was being built. The day before it shipped they called to confirm a tractor trailer could get to me. The freight hauler also called me the next day to confirm delivery address. I’ve always said on something like this, there’s no such thing as over-communication. Anything Rut Manufacturing builds that I need in the future will be another order from me.
