More Information

Forestry Disc Mulcher Annihilator

The Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher is a highly productive skid-steer forestry mulcher designed to take on the harshest environments. You’ve never handled a mower mulcher attachment quite like the Annihilator. The Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher is a direct drive unit powered by a Bent Axis Piston motor.

This makes the Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher ideal for farms, right of way maintenance, land clearing, vegetation control, forest fire prevention, and other extreme areas. It’s difficult to find attachments that are incredibly diverse, but this quick attach disc mulcher is here to assist you and your team on the toughest job sites.

The 60″ Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher can be used on mid and high-flow machines (27 gallons per minute minimum) and can be set to a maximum of 50 gallons per minute. The 60″ Annihilator weighs in at approximately 2600 pounds.

The 48″ Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher can be used on low-flow and mid-flow machines (17 gallons per minute minimum) and can be set to a maximum of 33 gallons per minute. The 48″ Annihilator weighs in at approximately 2100 pounds.

Before selecting your Annihilator size, we recommend you review the carrying capacity of your skid steer loader, to ensure the best compatibility for your machine.

Another amazing fact about our product? The massive weight of the completely machined forestry disc combined with the power and torque of the Bent Axis Piston supplies the energy and momentum needed to mulch trees and brush with ease. These units are capable of cutting up to a 14-inch diameter tree. Additionally, by using a back dragging technique you can mulch material into the ground; this is more efficient than any mulching mower or mulching head. When it’s time to get the job done, nothing is quite as efficient as our forestry disc mulcher.

We custom build each Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher specifically for the machine that it will be going on. This customization will allow you to get the most out of your machine and your disc mulcher.

The Annihilator Forestry Disc Mulcher comes with a hydraulic pressure gauge that allows you to monitor your flow rate in real-time. This feature is key to maximize the production of your disc mulcher; this quick attach implement will work twice as hard as a traditional mulching system.

I had ordered a BRUSH CUTTER FOR SKID STEER, CTL, AND MTL 60″ RUT MFG TERMINATOR 15-27 GPM at the end of last year and finally was able to use it for the first time here on our farm. I have 60 acres with about 50 of those being heavily wooded with multiflora rose, up to 5″ or 5″ grapevines, and thick growth of who knows what. Today is my fourth day of using this Brush Cutter for RUT MFG and I couldn’t be happier with this piece of machinery. When I ordered, I had Tony install stump grinding teeth (I think there are 22 of them) and that really helps when I cut a tree and then use the teeth to grind down near ground level. I highly recommend using RUT MFG. Feel free to reach out to me if you care to check up on my thoughts in a month or two.

Excavator mounted log splitter is spot on. Split and load wood and never leave the seat of your machine. Wish I had this many years ago. Rut fitted the unit to my machine easily, I installed the unit and went to work!!
