Companies like this are few and far between. Not only is this 36" Termite brush cutter/Mulcher an absolute beast, unstoppable, a powerhouse and built extremely well their customer and tech support is top notch. This company cares about putting out good equipment and they care that their customers are happy. You just don't see this much anymore but that's the difference between being fabricated in the USA and fabricated in China. USA USA USA (in a post 911 like chant full of enthusiasm)! So there was a minor miscommunication in the beginning and they told me don't worry about it but if it became an issue they would take care of it. Then when I received the attachment it was not working right. Michael who is an employee that every single employer needs on their team, spent hours helping me trouble shoot the attachment and even trouble shooting the Kubota skid. I mean the guy has called me 5 times more than I've called him. Lol sometimes I feel like he wants this thing working more than I do! All jokes aside this Michael guy has spent hours while at his house even, trying to help me because I have such a busy schedule and I only have nights and parts of Sunday to speak w him over the phone and have the skid in front of me. I couldn't be more grateful for this guy because I need him and I need his knowledge. This guy knows his stuff. He doesn't give up and for that I can never thank him enough. There are times that I can get this Termite working at full capacity and when it does there is no stopping it. It rips every sappling, small tree, vine, log, brush, pile of anything etc apart and absolutely disintegrates anything in it's path. I'm certain it would tare down a house if it was large enough. Although, the attachment is still not working at full capacity 100% of the time I wholeheartedly believe and so does Michael, that it's not the attachment, it couldn't be. It has to be the skid. So I recently took the skid in and based on Kubotas reactions and questions I'm certain they feel it's their machine as well. Either way if you're looking for solid equipment look no further. These guys get off on building the baddest, most powerful equipment you can make, you can just tell by how well built their equip is. This is a "just take my money" kinda company when they have something you need. I've called the main store line and spoken w multiple people that were all super helpful in their own way, I wish I could remember their names. But after a recent visit I met one of the owners named Ira! Dude is solid and because of Ira and his staff I'm a customer for life and will brag on them everywhere I go!
