This is a company that would rather do it right then risk a poor customer experience. I have an older odd IHI 35N escavator, I called in inquiring about a mulching head for it, they spend alot of time discussing the options and limitations. Ultimately they suggested i preform a flow test prior to buying.. In the end they were a no pressure sales group simply concerned with an outcome in favor of a sale. My machine tested out fine and within a week the pallet arrived. The head is a well built tool that has preformed flawlessly for years.. Honesty, integrity, and an attachment that is built to withstand abuse. This is a company I trust and will be back as I upgrade to a larger machine in the future
