Purchased a Tree Slayer from these folks a few months back. Solid well built excellent product. I live on many hundreds of acres in Montana. Have roughly 170 hours on a 42 inch model mounted on an XCMG XE55U. The amount of work I've been able to knock out is amazing. Friendly responsive knowledgeable company to deal with. Highly recommended.
Edited 1 year later to say...the steel plate that the drive motor is mounted to cracked and 3 of 4 bolts sheared away. Admittedly I kinda beat the crap outta this thing and have used it extensively. Rut was absolutely fantastic about it. Took it back and re-welded ... fixed it with zero questions or hesitation. Awesome company. Thank you!

The Rut Predator for mini skid is awesome. I run this on an atypical application, Ditch Witch XT855, but it works great. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works as I cut through 2"+ material in my planted pines. I rarely give reviews but this thing made me take the time so that anyone thinking about one will just go for it! Mine is the 42" and I kind of wish I had paid the small premium for the 48" after using it. I questioned the flow rate on my machine but I think it would have been fine.

I’ve been running the 78" XP Terminator from Rut Manufacturing and I’ll be honest — this thing is an absolute tank.
It’s built heavy-duty, cuts clean, and doesn’t mess around in thick material. I’ve personally pushed it through dense brush and even taken down trees in the 8–9 inch range without issue. It holds its own, stays balanced, and gives you the confidence to keep moving without worrying about tearing something up.
You can tell this was built by people who actually understand real land-clearing work. Solid welds, smart design, and it flat-out performs in the field.
Met the Rut team at the farm machinery show and they were great to work with — knowledgeable, straight shooters, and proud of what they build. That matters to guys like me who rely on equipment every day.

We bought the Annihilator Disc mulcher a few months back and I’m impressed with how well it is built. Built like a tank. Works very well. Very satisfied with this piece of equipment. 👍

We purchased an Annihilator, a Terminator XP and a stump grinder from Rut in early Jan this year. Shipping was fast and easy and Billy's technical knowledge was awesome. He paired the right attachment to our machine easily. We have put these attachments thru their paces since their arrival and even had a major breakdown (our fault!) and Rut was on the spot with replacement parts, technical advice and know how. Truly appreciate being able to call and get what we need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Ordered a e-mm-28 disc mulcher for a 24hp excavator not really nowing if I had enough HP. All I can say is "WOW". What a tool . The disc is 3/4 steel with carbide cutters . Power impressive . Advertised to cut like 7 in trees and I called bs until I used it today. It will definitely do it . Ordering and delivery great.

Purchased a Terminator this past Fall and got to start using it recently clearing out grown up bushes and cedar trees in my CRP. It has done great job so far. I am very impressed with the quality and strength of this machine. Thanks for a great product!!
